The Rink is Open

The Dominion City Arena is open for the 2021-2022 season. Thanks to everyone who helped get the arena going for the upcoming year. Myles spent a lot of volunteer time getting the ice base in and painting the ice. Thanks Myles!

With COVID 19, there are lots of changes to procedures for the rink, so please take note of the following:
-all public health measures apply to the rink
-anyone aged 12 or older must provide proof of vaccination
-masks must be worn in the rink, with the exception of the time of being physically active skating or playing hockey

We strongly encourage the following:
- social distancing of 2m is encouraged
-hand sanitizing and frequent handwashing is encouraged during the time spent at the rink
-People entering the rink should be self screening for symptoms of COVID 19. If you are experiencing symptoms, please stay home.
-Skaters under 12 should be accompanied by an adult.
-People in the rink must remain in a seat when not skating. No running around or play is allowed off the ice.
-Also, please be advised that our canteen is not open this year. Sorry for any inconvenience.
